37 TAC §151.52The Texas Board of Criminal Justice (board) adopts amendments to §151.52, concerning Sick Leave Pool without changes to the proposed text as published in the January 9, 2026, issue of the Texas Register (51 TexReg 196). The rule will not be republished. The adopted amendments make minor grammatical updates.
No public comments were received regarding the amendments.
The amendments are adopted under Texas Government Code §492.013, which authorizes the board to adopt rules; and §§661.001-.008, which establish a sick leave pool for state employees.

The agency certifies that legal counsel has reviewed the adoption and found it to be a valid exercise of the agency's legal authority.
